If requested, I will gladly generate an invoice for you to file claims with your carrier.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Missed appointments are charged in full. Of course, emergencies and illness are considered.
What forms of payment do you accept?

*Please note: While I gladly accept credit cards, I do apply the 3% transaction fee.
What about confidentiality?
The relationship between therapist and client is protected by law and information cannot be disclosed without written consent.
